The Behavioral Guide to Losing Weight and Creating Confidence is my all-in-one program that was carefully designed for women like me who are ready to take back control of their behaviors and learn how to generate long term behavior change for weight loss.

This program will not only teach you how to control your behaviors for weight loss, but I teach you everything you need to re-wire your brain for weight loss that is long-term, sustainable, and individualized to your way of life. You're not following MY plan, I'm teaching you how to create your own, and giving your guidance, support, and accountability along the way.

Willpower is not enough to just change your behaviors in the long-term. Behaviors are changed through the process of generating new systems in the brain/body through cognitive restructuring and behavior modification techniques.

This program will teach you how to generate behavior change using the same skills and techniques used in clinical practices for behavior modification. With smart partnerships and dedication to women's health, I designed a program that includes the A-Z for behavior change specific for women who are finally ready to lose their excess weight.

As women, we deserve to know more about how our bodies work and how to achieve our health goals, without struggling through unhealthy diets and countless years of self-consciousness.

Good Fit

  •  Dieting has NOT given you the weight loss

  • You understand the value that changing your mindset and re-wiring your brain for weight loss can have for you. You know that you don't always talk nicely to yourself and it's about time you changed. You’re ready to do the work.

  • You are ready to make some changes for real. You know the growth that can come from working on yourself and you're ready to open yourself up to fix some of these issues you have with food and your behaviors around it! And you know that our 1:1 meetings are confidential so you can share and process through these things in a supportive space.

Not So Good Fit

  • You are a woman who has struggled with a clinically diagnosed eating disorder. If so, I believe you'd be better suited doing a weight loss journey under medical supervision.


  • You believe with 100% certainty that you are going to fail. It would be hard for you to carve out any time to implement what you learn.

  • You’d rather wait and see if you can DIY it from my tips because I'm the only person you know talking about this topic. But you know how valuable the knowledge is that I'm sharing so you do keep on listening to my free content. You know a disruptor in the weight loss industry when you see one.
